Payment Terms All Charter Invoices must be paid in advance of service delivery. Payments must reflect in bank account before booking will be confirmed
Payment Options
• Bank Transfer
o Transfer Funds into our bank account
o Email/fax proof of payment through to explore@destinationzambia.co.zm or +260 211 266709 (fax)
o ALL BANK COSTS ARE FOR PAYORS ACCOUNT
o Account Details will be emailed to you at time of booking
• Credit Card
o Credit Card payment authorisation form will be emailed to you
o Complete the form and email back to explore@destinationzambia.co.zm with copies of the front and
back of your card
o Credit card payments and refunds attract a 3% administration surcharge
• Bank Deposits
o Cheques should be made out to Destination Zambia Ltd
o Account Details will be emailed to you at time of booking
